How do we support you?
Operation
We have four Tenanted Trade Managers, each looks after approximately 55 houses.
As part of the Tenanted Trade Team with many years of practical background the Trade Manager is available for open advice and quick response to all day to day matters and development opportunities. He has a joint interest with our tenants optimising the trade of the house. Calls regularly and will involve the Tenanted Trade Director to discuss and agree any particular issues.
Property
The Property Manager and Maintenance Surveyor deal with all property related issues. Sometimes outside consultants will be appointed to assist in particular areas.
The Property Help desk gives a dedicated service to our tenants ensuring a quick response and follow up procedure to requests for work.
Training
We offer comprehensive ongoing training at our White Lion Licensee Training Centre. You can view the courses available. All new tenants are required to attend our Welcome to Wadworth course. This is an induction to running your pub before you move in. It also provides the opportunity to meet various people with whom you will have regular contact.
Beer Quality
Our Trade Quality Brewer is always available to advise and train staff in beer quality. Cellar service support is available for new installation, equipment upgrading and emergency call outs.
Sales Promotion
Our Trade Managers have experience in running in house promotions and discuss opportunities to develop national and local opportunities. On occasions suppliers will provide tailored promotion kits.
Wines
We have a dedicated Wine & Spirit Sales Manager who will provide seasonal topical tips and discuss and agree the wine list.
Product Range
6X is the beer most commonly associated with Wadworth. In addition we also brew Henry's IPA, Horizon, JCB, Bishops Tipple and a Mild. Seasonal beers include George & Dragon, Malt & Hops and Old Timer.
We have supply agreements with all the major brewers thus ensuring that our tenants have a wide choice of all the leading brands.
Discount Scheme
We have case discounts on Wines, Spirits and Minerals plus a separate discount scheme for our beers.
