Rent

There are no 'hard and fast' rules for rent calculation either at the commencement or subsequent three yearly reviews. We assess the trade based on the current state of the local market and the expenses involved in running a particular style of business.

At final interview we will explain the basis of this negotiation and when the rent is reviewed or when capital alterations are undertaken we may agree a new rent structure.
